Coach-led group training classes designed to help you grow physically, mentally, & spiritually stronger, as well as, keep you encouraged and accountable. These functional, low-to-high intense training sessions will provide a solid mixture of total body strength and cardio. It’s scientifically programmed for you to build lean muscle, lower body fat percentage, increase cardiovascular endurance, and build your confidence, so that you can attain the best possible version of yourself.
5 a.m. – 11p.m. Weekdays,
8 a.m. – 11p.m. Saturdays,
12 p.m. – 11p.m. Sundays
7 a.m. / 2 p.m. Boys
8 a.m. / 3 p.m. Girls
Getting athletes ready for competition and maximizing athletic performance are the primary goals of this program. Athletes will be split up accordingly by training age and put in groups that will be best suited for them. Components of these training sessions will include: GPP, resistance training, speed & agility, explosive power, conditioning, and injury prevention.
